60’s Makeover and Music Make East Lancashire Railway A Cool Place To Be

For this years Rossendale 60’s Festival,  East Lancashire Railway is planning to dress Rawtenstall Station in a 60’s theme and will have 60’s tunes playing ion the trains over the weekend of 8th, 9th and 10th September. Their ‘Ales on the Rails’ event will also be happening over the weekend, so you can discover the finest local beers and ciders at the East Lancashire Railway’s first beer and cider festival in Bury, Ramsbottom and Rawtenstall and experience all that is on offer at the Rossendale 60’s Festival. The ELR Vintage transport gathering will be extended to include Rawtenstall, where you can see a display of Minis at J A Taylor’s adjacent to the station.
